The Manager Trainee will gain knowledge and exposure to banking and all facets of our company. Upon successful completion of the program, the Manager Trainee will be placed in a role that fits with organizational needs and the individual's interests and strengths.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Professional in appearance (through adherence to the Bank's dress code policy) and performance of duties.
